800 Degrees Pizza is a welcome addition to the Mall of the Emirates extension, offering Dubai a new, fast-food concept in wood fire pizza. Although I was invited to the media preview, I base my review not on the media preview alone- but, in fact, I went back a few days later to try it out again. The result? An extremely quick, extremely customized, authentic wood fire pizza;  great service; a friendly and efficient staff; and countless toppings to choose from.

Here’s how its done:

1. You pick your crust (gluten free options are available too)
2. Pick your toppings
3. OR, choose one of their classic combinations.
4. By the time you’re done paying, and putting your change back in your wallet, your pizza will most likely be done, as it only takes 90 seconds.
