My favorite way to have all the good stuff is to blend it up and chug it down. It’s quick, it’s easy and works for people like me who have to work while they’re having their breakfast.
Today I whipped up a quick Green Smoothie/Pulpie (I can never decide what to call it)
Here’s what it took:
Kale, Kiwi and Zucchini Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 big kale leaf
- 1 kiwi
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxmeal
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
- A sprinkle of bee pollen
- A handful of blueberries
Instructions
- Add everything except the blueberries into the blender and blend well.
- Pour into glass and top with blueberries
- Drink up!
