I tried Secret Squirrel’s Easy Chocolate Mousse today. It was very quick and easy to make, and didn’t taste too bad for a vegan alternative to traditional chocolate mousse. The texture was spot on, but I really like my dairy, eggs, and sugar sometimes. I could tell that this is a vegan alternative, and I think when it comes to chocolate mousse, I’m going to make it the old school way next time- with double cream and egg yolks and the whole nine yards.
